Because each item is custom-made and personalized just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your happiness matters to us.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect in any way, please contact us within 7 days with a photo of the issue. We will replace the item at no cost to you.
If an item can be gift wrapped, you’ll see the gift-wrapping option available on its product page.
